T&Cs: The limited edition Lula Cap PLUS Unscented Eye Masks is a free gift on orders over $110 from 7am AEST November 29th to Dec 1st 2024 7am AEST while stocks last. One gift per customer. When you check out the gift will be added to your cart.
The final order must equal $110 or more, the gift can be removed from any orders less than $110.
How will I know what is on sale and do I need code?
All prices are marked and no codes are needed. Easy!
Can I use a discount code I have as well?
Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. During the Black Friday sale all discount codes will be temporarily disabled as the sale offer is much greater than the discount codes.
I placed an order recently, before the sale. Can I cancel or change it to shop during the sale instead?
Unfortunately, we can’t change or cancel past orders. Now’s the perfect opportunity to stock up for yourself and for gifts!
Can I change my order?
Due to the high volume of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Make sure to double-check your order and shipping address before checking out.
Can I add items after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately we cannot change any orders due to the large volume coming in. If you would like to order more after you have placed an order it will need to be done as a new order.
How much is shipping?
During the Black Friday Sale shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 and is FREEwith orders over $200.
How long until my order will be dispatched?
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during Black Friday sale period. Please expect a delay of 5-10 business days for dispatch during these times. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched. Our team will be working hard to get all orders out ASAP, thank you for your patience!
Can I change my shipping address?
Due to the high volume of orders we will be unable to change the address entered on your order. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Go to the Australia Post website through this link and you may be able to lodge a re-direct of your package.
Please note: If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?
Items bought during the sale are final and can’t be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
